About
The long-time owners of Canine Country Club, John & Christy Clements live on-site with their family. Christy's Mom, Shari started the kennel back in 1969. Because of that, we are a one-of-a-kind facility, grandfathered in at this amazing location. Located in the heart of Horse Country on 2 acres in south Miami, CCC is very conveniently located (and not in a strip mall!) but still secluded enough to have lots of space and plenty of privacy for your pets.
John Clements Jr & Christy Higman-Clements, Owners/Trainers
Christy grew up here at CCC. She knows everything there is to know about running an exceptional boarding kennel, having learned from the best. Christy is also a National Champion trainer and competitor of Arabian Horses. Her attention to detail is part of what makes Canine Country Club so special.
John is a former lead K9 trainer for the Police Department. His years of working with and training Police K9's means he's never met a behavioral issue he couldn't solve. John's respect for the canine psyche, his devotion to the satisaction of our clients and his tireless work ethic make him an integral part of Canine Country Club.

The newest addition to the CCC family, Jeni has been working with dogs since 2005. She has built a life out of working with dogs. Jeni is truly devoted to the happiness and well-being of each dog who stays at Canine County Club.
